Why it matters
In most homes in Chennai and across Tamil Nadu, someone has to remember the motor: switch it on when the overhead tank runs low, and rush back before it overflows onto the terrace. Forget, and the water is wasted — or the tank runs dry when you need it most.
An automatic water level controller takes the chore away. The tank stays full, the motor runs only when needed, and you're alerted if the level drops unusually fast.

How does an automatic water level controller work?
A sensor measures the water level in the tank and switches the pump motor on when the level drops and off before the tank overflows. DURO uses a contactless, solar-powered wireless radar sensor and shows the level on your phone.
Does the sensor touch the water?
No. It is a contactless radar sensor, so it never touches the water and doesn't corrode or collect scale.
Do I need to run a cable from the terrace?
No. The sensor is solar powered and fully wireless.
Will I get alerts?
Yes — for low levels, leaks and tanker deliveries.
