Your iPhone is the key
Add the lock to the Apple Home app and a Home Key appears in Apple Wallet. Hold your iPhone or Apple Watch near the lock to open it — no app to open. More about Apple Home.
The lock also works with Amazon Alexa and Google Home, so you can check it, lock it and get alerts from whichever app your family uses. For safety, unlocking by voice asks for a PIN or your iPhone's confirmation.
Fitted to your door
Doors differ in thickness, material and lock body, so we check yours before recommending a model — then fit it, align it and set up the lock, the app and every user.
Every lock comes with a 2-year warranty and can join the rest of your smart home: the lights come on and the alarm turns off when you unlock the door.

Does the smart lock work with Apple Home Key?
Yes. Add it to the Apple Home app and a Home Key appears in Apple Wallet — hold your iPhone or Apple Watch near the lock to open it. It also works with Alexa and Google Home.
What if the battery runs out?
The lock warns you well before the battery runs low, and there is a hidden backup key so you can always get in.
Can I give guests or staff temporary access?
Yes. Create one-time or time-limited guest codes, or give staff a key card.
