How a Dubai project works
We start with a conversation and your floor plans, then design the system and give you a written quote. Installation, travel and after-care are planned with you and set out in that quote.
The UAE runs on 230 V with UK-style sockets, and we choose devices to suit. Where local rules call for an approved contractor, we plan the work with yours.
Building or renovating a villa? Wired KNX automation — an open standard used worldwide — is the long-term choice. Already living in an apartment? Wireless automation needs no rewiring.

How much does home automation cost in Dubai?
Projects in Dubai are quoted individually after a consultation, including travel and logistics. For reference, our plans in India start from ₹5 lakh (Core), ₹10 lakh (Pro) and ₹20 lakh (Elite).
Wired KNX or wireless?
For a new or renovated villa, wired KNX is the long-term choice and is built to run reliably for 20 years and more. For an apartment you already live in, wireless automation on Matter, Thread and Zigbee needs no rewiring.
Does it work with Siri, Alexa and Google?
Yes. Every DURO home works with Siri and the Apple Home app, Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant — plus the DURO app and touch panels on the wall.
